Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use teesgraphy.in, operated by SAB DIGITAL ("Teesgraphy", "we", "us"), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By browsing, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Your account

Keep your login details safe and your information accurate. You are responsible for any activity on your account.

3. Using the designer

Our designer lets you put text and images on blank products. On-screen previews are close to the final product but not exact. Colours, placement and size can vary slightly between your screen and the printed item.

4. Your content

  • You must own, or have permission to use, everything you upload: images, logos, text and fonts.
  • You keep ownership of your designs. You give us a limited licence to use them only to preview, produce, ship and support your order.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders containing content that:
  • infringes someone else's trademark or copyright;
  • is hateful, obscene or illegal;
  • impersonates someone. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund it.
  • If someone complains that your design infringes their rights, we may pause the order and contact you.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless shown otherwise.
  • Some products have a minimum order quantity, which is shown on the product page.
  • Bulk pricing is available on request.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partners.
  • If an item is mispriced because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Production and delivery

  • Orders are printed after you place them. We usually dispatch within 2 working days.
  • Delivery across India usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

8. Our responsibility

We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged, defective or printed incorrectly, as set out in the Returns policy. Otherwise, as far as the law allows: - our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it; - we are not liable for indirect losses.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Indemnity

If a claim arises because content you uploaded infringes someone's rights or breaks the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.

10. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that misuse the site or break these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues can be sorted out quickly.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
